CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds will be made for cancellations received in writing before 31 August 2012 less a 20% administration charge, once a booking has been made and an Invoice has been issued. Refunds will not be available for cancellations received after 31 August 2012, except for refusal by the Chinese Authorities to issue a Chinese Visa, accompanied by original documentation to support such claim. Substitutions may be made at any time, with prior agreement.
